Shifu Shi Heng Zuan

Shi Heng Zuan Shifu belongs to the 35th generation of Shaolin and teaches for the Shaolin Temple Europe.

Under his direction and care is the Shaolin Temple Europe teaching program ‘Journey Into Oneself’.

Through Qigong Practices combined with Buddhist and Taoist teachings, JIO aims to support the path to inner freedom and happiness.
