Tomasz Kwieciński has been working therapeutically with extended states of consciousness for many years, as a transgenerational therapist and facilitator of holotropic breathing. As the first person in Poland, he completed Grof Transpersonal Training, a long-term training that allows people to lead others through extended states, and founded the Holotropic Poland project. After conducting dozens of group sessions in 15 countries on 3 continents, he was accepted into GTT Staff – a group of the most experienced specialists who help in training new facilitators. He conducted individual sessions with the use of psilocybin in Amsterdam.

He is also a coach certified by the Chamber of Coaching and a consultant of the Polish Psychedelic Society, for which he conducts psychedelic experience integration sessions. He lectures at the Professional School of Hypnotherapy.
