Beata Pawlikowska is a renowned writer, traveler, journalist, and author of over a hundred motivational, travel, culinary, and language books. Her books are based on her solo travels to different parts of the world, life transformations, and healthy lifestyles, and are illustrated with her own photographs and drawings. Among her numerous adventures, she became the first European woman (and possibly the first woman in the world) to walk through the Darien Jungle between Panama and Colombia in 1993.
After years of struggling with depression and addictions, today, she is free from all addictions, and a vegan. From the most solitary person, she became one of the happiest people in the world. She talks about her experiences in films and books, showing others with her example that everything is possible, and life can be changed by changing one’s way of thinking.
